WHAT IS CHESTNUT HILL?

For those who don't know, Chestnut Hill is an overlay neighborhood across three towns/cities. Predominantly lying over parts of Newton and Brookline, but also transcending a small slice of Boston's Brighton neighborhood, the area is historically significant and has grown into an especially desirable suburban respite since its more humble agricultural beginnings.
